RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
- Returns & exchanges must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered. If you do not fulfill this obligation in the time frame, your order will be deemed non-returnable
- We do not offer exchanges on the return, you must place a new order for the new size/color
- Shipping costs are accounted for by the customer, we do not offer prepaid return labels (Prior to ordering verify you are confident in your order to avoid return shipping costs)
RETURNING YOUR ORDER:
- Items must be returned in the same condition you received them. They must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, tags on, and returned in its original garment bag (If tags and/or bag are missing, you will be subject to a 10% restocking fee)
- Upon arrival and inspection of your returned items, if human hair, dog hair, excessive wrinkling, strong odors such as smoke, signs of stains are present your return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If any of the mentioned are shown to be excessive in nature, your return will be denied and shipped back to you within 3-5 business days (Our products are not delivered with stains, hair, excessive wrinkling, therefore they should not return to our warehouse this way)
- For international orders (U.S.), you must indicate on your return label 'Canadian Goods Being Returned To Canada' Tariff Code: 9813
- On occasion, you may be subject to duties and taxes, which are charges accounted for by the customer. It's important to note that these fees are imposed by your local customs office and not by ANAX. As a result, we do not collect any of these fees. ANAX can only refund the amount paid for the goods purchased. Therefore, if you choose to return your order, we will refund the order value, excluding shipping costs. For refunds on duties and taxes, you will need to contact your customs office directly.
I RECEIVED WRONG OR DAMAGED PRODUCT:
- If an order arrives in the wrong size, damaged, wrong product, please contact our support team within 30 calendar days of your delivery date to info@anaxmenswear.com with your order # and we will get this sorted for you ASAP. If you do not fulfill this obligation in the time frame, the products in the order will be deemed non-replaceable
I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER?:
- We are not accountable for any lost or stolen items. These matters are handled and taken up by the shipping carriers who are responsible for delivering the packages. If your order is missing, please contact us ASAP so we can initiate an investigation request with the shipping carrier.
REFUNDS | FINAL SALE:
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Route Shipping Protection is non-refundable
- Gift cards cannot be refunded
- Hats, toques, socks, underwear are 'Final Sale' due to hygiene reasons
- Items marked 'Final Sale' will not be available for refund or exchange
- Free Items are final sale and not available for return or exchange
