I Received Wrong or Damaged Product
- If an order arrives in the wrong size, damaged, wrong product, please contact our support team within 14 calendar days of your delivery date to info@anaxmenswear.com with your order # and we will get this sorted for you ASAP. If you do not fulfill this obligation in the time frame, the products in the order will be deemed non-replaceable
I Didn't Receive My Order
- We are not accountable for any lost or stolen items. These matters are handled and taken up by the shipping carriers who are responsible for delivering the packages. If your order is missing, please contact us ASAP at info@anaxmenswear.com so we can initiate an investigation request with the shipping carrier.
