***Due to the substantial discounts offered during our biggest sale of the year, and the ever rising costs in our economy, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on orders placed during our BFCM event***
Please check size charts, or send us an email to ensure confidence in your order prior to placing.
- Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.
- Shipping costs are accounted for by the customer, we do not offer prepaid return labels (Prior to ordering verify you are confident in your order to avoid return shipping costs).
- Send our support team an email and ask for a return shipping address, then take it to any courier service of your choosing
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, tags on, returned in its original black bag
- Upon arrival and inspection of your returned items, if human hair, dog hair, excessive wrinkling, strong odors such as smoke, signs of stains are present your return will be denied (notified by email) and your order will be returned to you within 3-5 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- If an order arrives in the wrong size, damaged, wrong product, please contact our support team firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # and we will get this sorted for you ASAP. (failure to notify our support team of the issue prior to the return shipping, the order will follow our standard return policy procedure and is subject to any costs associated with a denied return)

- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment
- Discounted or on-sale items are final sale and will not be available for refund or exchange
