WE MAKE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES EASY
Please check size charts, or send us an email to ensure confidence in your order prior to placing.
- Returns & exchanges must be made within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.
- We do not offer exchanges on the return, you must place a new order for the new size/color.
- Shipping costs are accounted for by the customer, we do not offer prepaid return labels (Prior to ordering verify you are confident in your order to avoid return shipping costs).
- Duties fees are accounted for by the customer. This includes any duties fees on returns.
- Send our support team an email and ask for a return shipping address, then take it to any courier service of your choosing
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, tags on, returned in its original bag (If tags and/or bag are missing, you will be subject to a $8 USD surcharge)
- Upon arrival and inspection of your returned items, if human hair, dog hair, excessive wrinkling, strong odors such as smoke, signs of stains are present your return will be denied (notified by email) and your order will be returned to you within 3-5 business days
- If an order arrives in the wrong size, damaged, wrong product, please contact our support team within 30 days of your order date to email@example.com with your order # and we will get this sorted for you ASAP. (failure to notify our support team of the issue prior to the return shipping, the order will follow our standard return policy procedure and is subject to any costs associated with a denied return)
- Hats, Toques, Socks, Underwear are FINAL SALE due to hygiene reasons
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. These matters are handled and taken up by the shipping carriers who are responsible for delivering the packages.
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment
- Discounted Items 25% or more/Free/Final Sale items are final sale and will not be available for refund or exchange
